The Software had multiple levels of User Permissions built in. The Service Provider runs the Control station and has the ability to create unique 'Users'. Each client is treated as a different Company and has a unique Corporate identity. Within each Corporate, there can various levels of authority, allowing people to view vehicles within their area of responsibility eg. Branch mangers can only view vehicles operating from their own branches, but a Country manager or the President of the Company would be able to view all vehicles belonging to the company. Individual employees may be entitled to view the progress of just one vehicle. These user profiles will be created by the Corporates themselves.

The Service Provider also has the ability to enable and disable users temporarily or permanently. Eg. Companies can have their passwords disabled temporarily due to non payment of bills.
